Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Strong background in Front Office operations (e.g., Supervisor or Team Leader).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and guest recovery skills.
- Ability to manage hotel operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
