Position: GRO Mandarin
Responsibilities:
- Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
- Translate documents and communicate effectively with guests.
- Provide personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Equivalent Education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Fluent in Mandarin communication in both written and spoken.
- Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken.
- Have a good communication skill, high discipline, honest, responsible, friendly and always smile.
