Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping for room status.
- Provide friendly and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Computer literate and familiar with hotel systems.
- Willing to work on a shift basis.
- Friendly attitude and team player.
