Position: Receptionist
Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Answer calls and manage guest inquiries.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver excellent service with a rock-and-roll attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a receptionist in a hotel.
  • Great personality and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work shifts.
  • Customer service oriented.
