Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.
- Positive attitude and good communication.
- Team spirit and service minded.
- Experience in a guest-facing role at a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opera/Fidelio preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
