Position: Guest Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing and payments.
- Uphold COMO’s standards of Passion, Creativity, and Style in all guest interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Officer or Front Desk Agent in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Must embody the COMO values of Passion, Creativity, and Style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
