Position: Guest Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing and payments.
  • Uphold COMO’s standards of Passion, Creativity, and Style in all guest interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Service Officer or Front Desk Agent in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Must embody the COMO values of Passion, Creativity, and Style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Opera.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
