Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Front Desk team, including Front Desk Agents and Concierge.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery issues with professionalism.
- Train and mentor front office staff on brand standards and upselling techniques.
- Manage room inventory and ensure accurate billing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position (FO Supervisor or senior FDA) at a hotel or resort.
- Good communication skills, highly motivated, creative, innovative with results & guest oriented.
- Have a good personality, attitude & team player.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
