Sahati Hotel Jakarta is a 3-star hotel strategically located in South Jakarta, near the popular Ragunan Zoo and the bustling TB Simatupang business area. Our hotel features 31 comfortable rooms and 4 modern meeting rooms. We are currently offering fantastic hotel jobs in Jakarta for highly motivated candidates.

Position: Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous F&B service to all guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Set up tables and ensure the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Work as a team to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotel / restaurant) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Communicative, team work, adaptability and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems and service procedures.
