Mercure and ibis Samarinda are strategically located in the city center of Samarinda, offering a combined 301 rooms (139 for Mercure, 162 for ibis). Both hotels are conveniently connected to the City Centrum Lifestyle Mall and feature an enchanting view of the Mahakam River. We boast the biggest ballroom in the city with a wide Videotron screen, multiple dining venues including a rooftop restaurant, a swimming pool, and a fitness center. Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior F&B Supervisor.
- Strong leadership, training, and team motivation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and dining experiences.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and P&L analysis.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient with POS systems and restaurant management software.
