Position: Commis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen.
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Culinary school certificate is a plus.
- Must be able to follow instructions from senior chefs accurately.
