Position: Commis

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis in a professional kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Culinary school certificate is a plus.
  • Must be able to follow instructions from senior chefs accurately.
