Position: Commis Pastry
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of basic pastry, baking, and dessert techniques.
- Passion for pastry arts, creativity, and presentation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Culinary school certificate in Pastry & Bakery is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and hardworking.
