Position: Assistant Director of Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Sales in leading the sales team and developing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and actively seek new business opportunities across all market segments.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and create proactive sales plans.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the DOS.
  • Mentor and train the sales team to ensure high performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Director of Sales or senior Sales Manager, pre-opening experience is highly valued.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Surabaya market and corporate/MICE segments.
  • *Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Expertise in sales software and PMS.
