Position: Assistant Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Sales in leading the sales team and developing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Manage key accounts and actively seek new business opportunities across all market segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and create proactive sales plans.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the DOS.
- Mentor and train the sales team to ensure high performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Director of Sales or senior Sales Manager, pre-opening experience is highly valued.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Surabaya market and corporate/MICE segments.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Expertise in sales software and PMS.
*Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
