Position: Webmaster
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the resort’s official website, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive direct bookings.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
- Manage website updates, including content, images, and special offers.
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Webmaster or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Experience in the hospitality industry and with hotel booking engines is a major plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
