Position: F&B Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the resort’s food and beverage outlets, including private dining and events.
- Proactively solicit new business and manage existing client accounts.
- Handle all F&B related inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections for event planners.
- Collaborate with the F&B and Culinary teams to create attractive packages and promotions.
- Represent the resort at F&B related trade shows and networking events.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, specifically within the F&B or banqueting division of a luxury hotel.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, menu planning, and event logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Strong network of contacts in the local event and MICE industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
