Position: F&B Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the resort’s food and beverage outlets, including private dining and events.
  • Proactively solicit new business and manage existing client accounts.
  • Handle all F&B related inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site inspections for event planners.
  • Collaborate with the F&B and Culinary teams to create attractive packages and promotions.
  • Represent the resort at F&B related trade shows and networking events.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, specifically within the F&B or banqueting division of a luxury hotel.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations, menu planning, and event logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Strong network of contacts in the local event and MICE industry.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
