Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for rooms, F&B, and events.
- Identify and secure new business accounts (Corporate, MICE, Leisure) while managing existing client relationships.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and sales collateral.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury resort or 5-star hotel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts within the travel industry (MICE, leisure, corporate).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self motivated, proactive, and results driven.
- Willingness to travel as required for sales activities.
