Position: Laundry Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the resort’s laundry department.
- Train, schedule, and manage the performance of the laundry team.
- Ensure the quality of washing, drying, pressing, and folding for all guest linen, uniforms, and F&B linens.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals, and control operational costs.
- Oversee the maintenance of all laundry equipment, coordinating with Engineering for repairs.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or in a similar role within a 5-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals, and machinery.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
- Understanding of safety and sanitation (HACCP) protocols.
