Position: Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on key market segments.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong client relationships.
- Proactively solicit new business opportunities (MICE, Corporate, Leisure).
- Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and represent the resort at trade shows.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and prepare proposals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager in a 5-star hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of the Nusa Dua and Bali hospitality market.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, results-driven, and energetic personality.
- Strong network of contacts in relevant market segments.
