Position: Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the resort’s brand presence.
- Manage all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), creating and curating engaging content.
- Plan and execute content creation, including photo and video shoots.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and manage influencer collaborations.
- Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the luxury hospitality or travel industry.
- A strong portfolio of creative content and successful social media campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing).
- Creative, strategic, and highly organized.
- Fluent in English.
