Position: Pastry Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific station within the Pastry Kitchen (e.g., chocolate, bread).
- Ensure timely and precise production of high-quality desserts and pastries.
- Monitor ingredient inventory for the assigned station and place timely orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the station to standard.
- Assist in the training and supervision of Commis Chefs in the section.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Pastry Chef de Partie or equivalent.
- Demonstrated expertise in specialized pastry techniques (e.g., sugar work, plated desserts).
- Strong creative flair and ability to execute complex recipes accurately.
- Ability to lead a station and maintain quality under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration ability.
- High standards of food hygiene and preparation safety.
- Experience in a resort setting in Banten is a benefit.
