Position: Technician HVAC
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all AC units, air handlers, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration and climate control systems efficiently.
- Assist the supervisor in managing the daily operations of the HVAC section.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and environmental standards.
- Respond promptly to guest room temperature-related maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC Technician in a hotel or commercial setting.
- Strong practical knowledge of AC repair, electrical components, and refrigerant handling.
- Technical vocational certificate or diploma in refrigeration or air conditioning.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergencies.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and quality of work.
- Must be able to work independently in the Anyer resort environment.
