Position: ENG Supervisor Civil
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all civil, carpentry, and painting works across the resort property.
- Develop and manage the preventive maintenance schedule for all structural and finishing assets.
- Lead and train the Civil Technician team (e.g., carpenters, masons, painters).
- Ensure all civil works comply with Banten’s building standards and resort aesthetics.
- Manage material inventory and quality control for civil maintenance projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Civil Supervisor or Foreman in a hotel or construction setting.
- Expert knowledge of carpentry, masonry, plastering, painting, and structural maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Formal technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or related trade.
- Excellent attention to detail in maintaining the 5-star resort’s physical appearance.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction plans.
- Familiarity with local building materials and vendors in the Anyer area.
