Position: Technician Civil
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair work related to tiling, plastering, painting, and masonry.
- Assist in minor structural repairs and waterproofing projects.
- Execute carpentry tasks, including furniture repair and minor installations.
- Ensure all civil repair work is completed cleanly and with minimal guest disturbance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the civil workshop area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a skilled Mason, Carpenter, or Civil Technician.
- Strong practical skills in multiple civil trades (e.g., tiling, painting, drywall).
- Technical vocational certificate or trade school diploma is beneficial.
- Ability to execute repair work with precision and high-quality finish.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to civil emergencies (e.g., leaks).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety procedures.
- Must be able to work independently across the large resort property in Anyer.
