Position: Technician Mechanical
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all resort mechanical systems (pumps, motors, plumbing).
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues, including hot and cold water systems.
- Assist in managing the resort’s water treatment and distribution systems.
- Ensure the mechanical integrity and longevity of all asset components.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and material usage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Mechanical Technician or Plumber in a large facility.
- Expert knowledge of pumping systems, valves, boilers, and general resort plumbing.
- Technical vocational certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex mechanical failures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts and respond to emergencies.
- Familiarity with Banten’s building safety standards.
