Position: Technician STP
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the resort’s Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and water recycling systems.
- Conduct regular monitoring and testing of water quality parameters.
- Ensure the STP operates in full compliance with Banten environmental regulations.
- Manage chemical inventory and dosing for optimal treatment efficiency.
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, filters, and mechanical components of the STP.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience operating a commercial STP or WTP (Water Treatment Plant).
- Expert knowledge of water chemistry, treatment processes, and environmental compliance.
- Technical certificate or diploma specializing in Environmental Engineering or STP operation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and chemical imbalances.
- Ability to maintain accurate daily logs and reporting.
- Willingness to handle necessary physical tasks and work in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to work independently to ensure the resort’s environmental sustainability goals are met.
