Position: ENG Supervisor Electrical
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the maintenance, repair, and operation of all resort electrical systems.
- Oversee the maintenance of power generation (gensets), distribution, and lighting systems.
- Lead and train the Electrical Technician team effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to all electrical safety codes and regulations in Banten.
- Manage the electrical load and implement energy conservation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Electrical Supervisor or senior Electrical Technician.
- Expert knowledge of high- and low-voltage electrical systems, panel boards, and generators.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team under operational pressure.
- Formal certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical faults quickly and safely.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintenance record keeping and compliance.
- Familiarity with Banten’s local electricity provider regulations.
