Position: ENG SPV Kitchen & Laundry
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of all commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for machinery like ovens, washers, and dryers.
- Lead and train the specialized team of Kitchen & Laundry technicians.
- Ensure quick turnaround for repairs to minimize downtime of critical F&B/Housekeeping assets.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for major repairs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Technician or Supervisor specializing in Kitchen & Laundry equipment.
- Expert technical knowledge of heavy-duty commercial appliances (gas, electric, steam-powered).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a highly specialized team.
- Formal technical training or certification in commercial equipment repair.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Ability to prioritize repairs based on operational urgency in the Anyer resort.
- Familiarity with Banten’s local safety codes for commercial appliances.
