Position: Technician Kitchen & Laundry
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and rapid repair on kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, dishwashers) and laundry machines.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in commercial appliances.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment during the pre-opening phase.
- Maintain accurate records of all repair and maintenance activities.
- Ensure the safe use and operation of all tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Technician specializing in commercial kitchen or laundry equipment.
- Strong practical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems in commercial appliances.
- Technical vocational certificate or diploma is mandatory.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Proactive in identifying potential equipment failures before they occur.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to minimize disruption to F&B/HK operations.
- Must be able to work independently within the resort’s engineering team in Banten.
