Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.
- Develop and implement cleaning, aesthetic, and service standards for a 5-star resort.
- Manage the departmental budget, inventory control, and chemical purchasing.
- Oversee the pre-opening setup of all Housekeeping operating equipment (OS&E).
- Lead, mentor, and train the large Housekeeping and Laundry team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Executive Housekeeper in a large luxury resort (5-star).
- Expert knowledge of cleaning methods, chemical safety, and linen management.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and budget management skills.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining the resort’s high aesthetic quality.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience managing a pre-opening or major renovation Housekeeping operation.
- Familiarity with environmental (ESG) practices in the Banten hospitality sector.
