Position: Asst. Housekeeper Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily operations of rooms and public areas.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of all cleaned rooms and public spaces.
- Manage staff scheduling, labor cost control, and performance reviews.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory control of guest supplies and amenities.
- Deputize for the Executive Housekeeper in their absence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Asst. Housekeeper Manager or Executive Floor Supervisor in a luxury hotel.
- Strong operational knowledge of Housekeeping systems and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a large multicultural team.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving skills for guest-related issues.
- Familiarity with luxury resort standards and guest expectations in Banten.
