Position: HK Supervisors
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Room Attendants and ensure all assigned rooms meet 5-star cleanliness standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and issue necessary cleaning and maintenance requests.
- Manage key control and maintain security protocols for guest floors.
- Train new Room Attendants on cleaning techniques and service standards.
- Ensure guest special requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or senior Room Attendant.
- Expert knowledge of room cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and sanitation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a busy section.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with the Front Office team.
- Attention to detail in room presentation and amenities setup.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to support the resort’s operational demands in Anyer.
