Position: Asst. Cost Controller Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in managing all cost control procedures, focusing on F&B and inventory.
- Conduct daily cost reports, focusing on food cost, beverage cost, and direct expenses.
- Oversee receiving, storing, and issuing procedures for all departmental inventory.
- Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency.
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile system records with physical stock.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Cost Controller or senior Inventory Manager in a hotel.
- Expert knowledge of F&B costing, recipe management, and perpetual inventory systems.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in data auditing.
- Proficiency in specialized inventory management software and advanced Excel.
- Ability to work closely with the Executive Chef and Procurement Manager.
- Proven ability to implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Hotel Management.
