Position: Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Procurement department and manage all purchasing activities for the resort.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans and negotiate favorable contracts with local and international vendors.
- Ensure compliance with Accor’s procurement policies and maintain ethical purchasing standards.
- Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and vendor selection based on cost, quality, and sustainability.
- Oversee the Procurement Coordinator and ensure efficient order processing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Procurement Manager or Purchasing Director in a large 5-star hotel/resort.
- Expert knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to financial details.
- Deep understanding of food, beverage, and hotel operating supplies (OS&E) purchasing.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Familiarity with local Banten suppliers and market dynamics.
