Position: E – Commerce
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the hotel’s online presence, including direct website sales, third-party online travel agents (OTAs), and metasearch channels.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance, market trends, and competitor activities in the Yogyakarta and Gunungkidul region.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and content updates to maximize online revenue and visibility.
- Work closely with the Revenue and Sales teams to ensure rate parity and optimal pricing strategies are maintained across all online platforms.
- Manage online reputation and guest reviews across various booking and social media channels.
- Identify new digital opportunities and technologies to enhance the hotel’s digital landscape.
- Generate comprehensive reports on e-commerce performance and digital marketing campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Male & Female are welcome.
- Excellence communication skill and pleasant personality.
- Experience in the same position min. 1 year.
- Diploma from University or Academy.
- Language proficiency both written and spoken in English.
- Discipline and good team player.
- Proven track record in driving direct and OTA sales in the hospitality industry, particularly for regional Indonesian hotels.
