Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Perform seamless check-in and check-out procedures for all hotel guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about hotel services and local attractions in Gunungkidul.
- Process payments, manage hotel safe deposits, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the property management system (PMS).
- Act as a key representative of the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable first and last impression for every guest.
- Collaborate closely with the Housekeeping and Sales teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Upsell hotel services and facilities where appropriate to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- Male & Female are welcome.
- Excellence communication skill and pleasant personality.
- Experience in the same position min. 1 year.
- Diploma from University or Academy.
- Language proficiency both written and spoken in English.
- Discipline and good team player.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and front office operations.
