Position: Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and register VIPs and repeat guests, providing personalized service throughout their stay at the hotel.
- Proactively engage with guests to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and gather feedback to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Manage guest requests, ensuring timely and effective communication and coordination across all departments.
- Maintain and update guest preference profiles to ensure highly personalized service on future visits.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- Assist the Front Office team with operational duties during peak times or as needed.
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, acting as a concierge for the Gunungkidul area.
Qualifications:
- Male & Female are welcome.
- Excellence communication skill and pleasant personality.
- Experience in the same position min. 1 year.
- Diploma from University or Academy.
- Language proficiency both written and spoken in English.
- Discipline and good team player.
- A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest relations, particularly in the Yogyakarta region.
