Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement
  • Advise management on HR strategies and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels or hospitality industry
  • Chain hotel experience is preferred
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage staff at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Indonesian labor laws
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
