Position: Training Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs
- Design and deliver training sessions using various methodologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
- Manage the training budget and resources
- Mentor department trainers and ensure consistent training standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based training
- Proven track record in ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate)
- Proactive, result-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage staff at all levels
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
