Position: Finance Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Finance department
- Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and report preparation
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies
- Assist in coordinating financial audits and data collection
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position or strong secretarial background
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is required
- Pro-active passionate, self driven and able to deliver a high level of customer service
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
