Position: Head Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations
- Create and develop innovative menus and recipes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Manage food costs and inventory control
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Strong leadership and creativity
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
- Ability to manage a large team
- Proficient in English
- Passion for culinary excellence
