Position: Chinese Cook / Chinese Sous-chef
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to hotel standards
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development for Chinese cuisine
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory of Chinese ingredients and minimize waste
Qualifications:
- Experience in Chinese cuisine preparation in a luxury hotel or restaurant
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communication skill
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
- Indonesian citizens only
- Able to join immediately
