Position: Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities and equipment
- Manage the engineering budget and energy consumption
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Lead and train the engineering team
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Engineer in hotels
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Problem-solving mindset
- Certified in K3 (Health & Safety) is preferred
