Position: Engineering Administration
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the engineering department
- Manage work orders and maintenance schedules
- Maintain inventory records of spare parts and tools
- Handle correspondence and reports for the Chief Engineer
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Administration or Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge is an advantage
- Detail-oriented
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
