Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee specific maintenance projects or areas
- Train and mentor engineering staff
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities
- Manage spare parts inventory and requisition
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering or maintenance
- Strong technical expertise in a specific trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Reliable and hardworking
