Position: Engineering Staff
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily maintenance tasks and repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintain cleanliness of engineering areas
- Record meter readings and log activities
Qualifications:
- Vocational certificate in Engineering (STM/SMK)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or AC systems
- Willing to learn and work in a team
- Good physical health
- Available for shift work
- Disciplined and responsible
