Position: Duty Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise engineering shift operations and staff
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Monitor building systems and equipment performance
- Ensure work is completed according to standards
- Report any major issues to the Chief Engineer
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical or mechanical systems
- Leadership potential
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good communication skills
- Safety-conscious
