Position: Activity Attendant
Responsibilities:

  • Activity execution: Plan, schedule, and lead various activities, events, and entertainment for different age groups and interests
  • Participant assistance and supervision: Assist participants with activities, provide instructions, and monitor areas to ensure safety and adherence to rules
  • Equipment management: Rent, sell, and issue equipment; maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment; and ensure proper storage and organization
  • Facility maintenance: Keep recreational areas, equipment, and facilities clean and in good working order
  • Customer service: Interact positively with guests, provide information, and handle inquiries and issues

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Activity/Recreation Staff, preferably in a resort or leisure destination
  • Has experience conducting Guest Activities for both adults and for children
  • Excellent English communication skills, able to engage guests and create a positive environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering activities
  • Yoga certified and experience conducted Yoga sessions
  • Physically fit, energetic, and able to work in various conditions as required
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining service quality
