Position: Activity Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Activity execution: Plan, schedule, and lead various activities, events, and entertainment for different age groups and interests
- Participant assistance and supervision: Assist participants with activities, provide instructions, and monitor areas to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- Equipment management: Rent, sell, and issue equipment; maintain and perform minor repairs on equipment; and ensure proper storage and organization
- Facility maintenance: Keep recreational areas, equipment, and facilities clean and in good working order
- Customer service: Interact positively with guests, provide information, and handle inquiries and issues
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Activity/Recreation Staff, preferably in a resort or leisure destination
- Has experience conducting Guest Activities for both adults and for children
- Excellent English communication skills, able to engage guests and create a positive environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering activities
- Yoga certified and experience conducted Yoga sessions
- Physically fit, energetic, and able to work in various conditions as required
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining service quality
