Position: Sous Chef – All Day Dining
Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily food service operations and ensure menu consistency
  • Supervise the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Monitor food health hazards and implement necessary precautionary measures
  • Collaborate with management to plan menus and control food costs
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a positive working environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience in the same role at Luxurious Hotel Environment
  • Knowledgeable of food service management, values, nutrition, menu planning, and food health hazards and all necessary precautionary measures
  • A team player, invested in the bigger picture and passionate in being part of a highly performing team
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
  • This position is only available for Indonesian
