Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- Supervise Room Attendants and ensure they follow cleaning standards
- Assist in training and developing housekeeping staff
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
