Position: Front Office Agent Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences for guests, especially Mandarin speakers
- Assist Chinese-speaking guests with inquiries, translation, and special requests
- Maintain high standards of guest service and problem resolution
- Collaborate with the concierge and bell team to ensure seamless arrival and departure
- Promote hotel facilities and loyalty programs to guests
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
