Position: Cluster Sales Manager – EBC
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the EBC sales team
- Handle complex event inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs
- Train staff on sales techniques and system usage
- Assist in resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in event sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong supervisory and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
